It took a couple weeks but I am starting to notice the disappearance of Canadian news sites.
Meta announced the removal late July and said it would start on August 1, 2023. However, the affect didn’t not seem to appear to all Canadian locations immediately. It was only today that I started to notice the disappearance on my meta account.
Time will tell whether Canadians find a way around this block or whether the Federal government will reverse their legislation. I believe, however, that this was the goal by the federal government to curb the access to truth. in recent years, the term “Mis” or “Dis” information has become code for truthful information delivered by those who have properly researched. It has become code for covering up the propaganda that our current government has tried to spread.
The coined termed “Dis” or “Mis” information has been Canadians only way of getting the truth. When we here these terms, we know there is a few more ounces of truth in these articles today and that is where Canadians are starting to turn. And now private right wing sites are severely hindered.
I recommend that you sign up for all the private news site email list to receive the latest in truth. Canadian have a right to know the truth. Don’t let us loose these sites.
